Clear PVC rolls - Standard Grade is recommended by Rayflex Group for use in ambient temperature applications operating between +50°c to -15°c. At the extremities of this range PVC can degrade, if you expect your PVC to operate well at temperatures constantly below freezing then you should consider using our Freezer Grade PVC Strip All our high quality pvc products are manufactured and tested to European and British quality standards and comply with European REACH directives. Technical specifications are available for all pvc products and pvc material grades. I heard about Rayflex after doing a google search for PVC rolls. I found all I needed online and didn’t have to call Rayflex for further information. I had absolutely no issues, I did the entire transaction easily online, turnaround and delivery was excellent. The PVC strip rolls are a quality product and the experience was a very simple and pleasant transaction. Rayflex are a good company to do business with and I would recommend them on PVC rolls.

Phillipa, just a quick email to say thank you so much for the speed in which you supplied the last lot of pvc, you got us out of a bind! We also love the bullet system for the pvc strips – it stops the Rhinos, Monkeys and Giraffes from unhooking the strips when they are feeling playful!. We’ll be back to you next month with the full requirement of the rest of the enclosures in the park.

CL200X3R - PVC CURTAIN REPLACEMENT

We used Rayflex to replace our existing curtains as part of a project we were involved in. The PVC strip curtains are easy to install and fitted first time. I’d recommend Rayflex because their pvc is a quality product. I don’t need anything else at the moment but wouldn’t hesitate to order from Rayflex.

CL200X2R - PVC CURTAIN STRIP

We needed pvc strip curtains for an entrance to a busy room that requires constant access from personnel and equipment, a swing door would not be suitable. Visually the pvc curtains look right for the application, there is also an acoustic improvement with the noise reduction. The service was good, technical support very helpful and the delivery better than expected. We have ongoing projects and factory improvements, it is likely that we will be replacing some old curtains.

We needed your pvc strip curtains to cover an open door way that we needed easy access to. The only thing that stopped us from buying sooner is that we were concerned we could of got the measurements wrong! However, the whole process was very easy and we were surprised how simple the pvc strip curtain was to install.We would recommend your products, the customer service was good and it was simple to sort out and simple to put up! We don’t require further pvc curtains at this stage but if we do need PVC products you will be our first port of call.

We needed the curtain as a noise “deminisher” due to our noise survey and compliance. The only concern was, one of our other sites removed theirs due to them splitting when traffic went through them – Rayflex did not supply the other site. Upon receipt I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fitted, the size was perfect (I expected a bit of overlap at each side but no, they are perfect!). The strips are heavy duty and robust strips and will not split and again fitting was simple and easy.
I would recommend Rayflex’s products, the products are of good quality and the service and delivery was excellent. We don’t have any current requirements on pvc strips, but that doesn’t mean we won’t be purchasing from you again soon.

We use pvc strip curtains to make removable side for extraction hoods, we knew the product would work well so there were no surprises on receipt of delivery- they achieve their purpose. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rayflex’s pvc strip for extraction purposes, they are flexible and fit for purpose and Rayflex are great company to deal with. We buy the product throughout the year as our jobs require it and will keep on using Rayflex as required in the future.

The pvc strip curtains are installed, look good (we were glad they were not frosted, clear is much better, we needed product clarity rather that privacy) and they are good sound barriers which is what we wanted them for.
