Rayflex’s industrial dividers often referred to “industrial partitions” or “industrial curtains” are flexible barriers and partitions typically used in industrial and warehouse settings, commercial areas or rooms to create separate workspaces and solutions for workspace management and containment. The key purpose of our industrial dividers is to help control temperatures, dust, fumes, paint spray and welding flash within factories. Prevent cross contamination between areas to help develop a safe working environment. They allow you to create multiple areas use within the same facility, maximise floor space and reduce energy and heating costs by ensuring you only heat the section of your warehouse where workers are predominantly positioned.
Our industrial screens allow for easy adaptation to your facilities changing needs without permanent construction changes; they are functional, affordable, temporary barriers and partitions typically made from heavy-duty PVC coated cloth and designed to be easily moved or retracted as required.
Our industrial covers are manufactured from the same PVC coated cloth as our industrial dividers, but we manufacture them to create storage covers, insulated covers and protection covers for machines, pallets, food trolleys and general goods storage. Our covers help to keep your goods and assets clean, protected, temperature controlled and isolated from other goods in the warehouse environment. They are reusable and offer enhanced cost savings, goods protection and improved environment footprint compared to standard pallet wraps materials.

Manufactured from 610gsm and 900sgm PVC, velbex and heavy-duty canvas depending on the application requirements for both strength, material performance and clarity.
Clear transparent, blue, black, red, grey, orange, yellow, green and white. Colours can be combined to create your perfect screen.
Usually we eyelet our industrial dividers along the top and issue with either sliding tracks with carabiner hooks or along tensioned wires systems to create a moveable partition
Eyelets all sides, Velcro joints, insulation, zips, doors and weighted hems can all be added to ensure your screen is totally bespoke to suit your needs.
A DIY product and ability to work at heights ensure the screens are reasonably easy to self-install. The very large screens will require further expertise or local fitters to assist.

Screen-Flex Welding Booths are designed to resist flying sparks from arc welding while also providing a UV blocking film to protect the eye sight of nearby workers. These welding curtains can come with a sliding track suspensions systems (requiring fixing across the entire width) or with tension wires and clips to suit each unique requirement.
