Collect/Own carriage*: you may choose to collect or arrange for your own couriers to collect from our Warrington site.
If we cannot facilitate your requirements please contact us, we can offer a variety of other delivery methods including: next day pre 10.30; Same Day, Saturday service, European Road, Sea and Air, International Sea and Air.
*A signatory must be available to sign for delivered goods. DO NOT SIGN FOR GOODS THAT ARE OR APPEAR DAMAGED IT WILL INVALIDATE YOUR INSURANCE ON THE GOODS. Please accept the goods but note on the signature “damaged in transit”. We require immediate notification of any damage and images to illustrate the damaged packaging.
*Please check all goods immediately upon receipt, if there are any errors with the order please contact us immediately. We will only accept notification of issues within 2 days of order receipt.
*UK mainland only – excludes Ireland, the Highlands and Islands. All export enquiries please contact us for individual carriage pricing.
We complete every order in the shortest possible time. Stocked items are usually dispatched within 24 hours (on orders placed pre noon). Non stock items and manufactured goods should typically arrive within 3-5 working days (on next day delivery services). We require all next day orders to be received the previous day, by 12 noon.
Our Carriage charges are based on weight, method of supply and delivery service selection and include all packing and insurance. Please note, the majority of our goods are designed for industrial applications and dispatched in bulk, as such we review our pricing with our carriers on a regular basis in order to remain competitive. You will require the facility to bulk unload at your end.
Next day delivery is available on all stock orders received pre noon (please contact us for stock availability on non-standard products). For manufactured goods next day delivery refers only to the delivery service not the time it takes to manufacture the goods. Please contact us if you have deadlines that need to be achieved.
Returns Policy
It is rare but if for some reason your order arrives in damaged condition, please do not sign for or accept the consignment, contact us immediately by telephone so that we can take the matter up with our carrier. We will then arrange replacement goods to you as soon as possible. By signing for the goods you are accepting that they have reached you in a satisfactory condition. If goods are not what was anticipated by the customer or ordered incorrectly, then please return the goods to us at your own cost and we can offer a refund less carriage, admin and packing charges (20% fee on the net value of your order). Where goods are manufactured to order and specifications we cannot accept returns under any circumstance.
Fulfilment of Orders
Rayflex dispatch every order in the shortest possible time. Where items are in stock at the point of distribution (and do not require bespoke manufacture) we aim to dispatch orders typically within 2 working days and 10 working days where items are out of stock.
Manufactured goods, such as bespoke doorkits, are made to measure and can take typically between 2-4 working days to dispatch.
From dispatch goods will be delivered according to your order requirements, our standard delivery service can take up to 3 workings days. Next day service requirements can be requested upon order.
There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Rayflex reserve the right to extend the lead-in time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order (providing the goods have not already been made to order).
