Ribbed PVC - Standard Grade is recommended by Rayflex Group for use in ambient temperature applications operating between +50°c to -15°c. Ribbed PVC is usually used instead of flat pvc strip for applications that specifically require ease of access and durability in the strip. The thick ribbed protrusion ensures that core element of the PVC is protected whilst vehicles and pedestrians constantly enter and exit areas and it also ensures that the face to face contact of the strip is minimised ensuring the strips move freely and with ultimate ease.
All our high-quality pvc products are manufactured and tested to European and British quality standards and comply with European REACH directives. Technical specifications are available for all pvc products and pvc material grades. Please contact our technical department if you require any assistance in product recommendation.
Ribbed PVC Strip is used in various applications industry-wide that require:
Temperature control - Ideal for internal and external doorways, partitions and openings where protection from the elements is required – the ribbed element is mainly designed for improved durability with forklift truck use and to allow pedestrians to walk through with ease;
Health and Safety - the effective barrier between warehouse and office / retail work areas;
Noise reduction - economical sound barrier ideal for enclosing loud equipment and to block out traffic noise;
Dust Reduction - effectively protects and segregates areas to control dust and cross-contamination;
Insect / Pest Protection - effective solution for keeping out birds, insects and others pests;
We were so impressed with the product we have just purchased a second pvc strip kit from you for our second loading bay. Exceptional quality and very easy to install. I would have no problem in recommending your products to other clients.

RI300R - PVC STRIP
A very positive experience. I was very impressed with your professionalism and willingness to reshuffle your manufacturing schedule to ensure we received our goods on time when we’d been let down by our ususal supplier.
